R16H is a high-security 4G positioning wearable device that can be worn on the wrist and ankle. It uses advanced multi-mode positioning and anti-tampering mechanisms, with accurate positioning, long battery life, and can be charged at any time using a power bank. It provides real-time location tracking and reliable alarm functions for law enforcement and correctional agencies, and can be used for community correction monitoring, pretrial supervision, parole monitoring, juvenile justice monitoring, and tracking of people with special health problems (mental patients, Alzheimer’s disease, autism, etc).

6. Anti Tamper Detection(Strap Cutting & Remove Bracelet)

All the screws on the exterior of the R16H, including the four connecting screws between the strap and the main body, as well as the buckle of the strap, together with the stainless steel metal plate inside the strap, form an anti-tamper detection circuit. If any screw is loosened, the buckle is loosened, or the watch strap is cut, an alarm will be triggered.

7. GEO-Fence Alarm

Allows custom-defined entry and exit zones. When a boundary is crossed, the device provides both voice and vibration alerts to the wearer, and real-time notifications to the monitoring platform. Exit GEO-Fence Alarm Voice Alert:You are forbidden to exit the current zone. Enter GEO-Fence Alarm Voice Alert:You are forbidden to enter the current zone.

Voice&Vibration reminder on R16H The device gives the wearer continuous audio and vibration alerts if user leave or enter the designated zone. Alarm on Web Application & APP The GEO-Fence alarm will be sent to the web application and mobile APP, the APP will pop up a notification while screen is locked. Real Time Alarm Alert SMS The R16H will send real-time reminder text message containing the location link and time to setting phone numbers.

8. Exit Building Alarm

When R16H user exit the setting building, the alarm will be triggered and report to web/mobile tracking application. Since this alarm is detected on the platform by checking the location data from R16H, we suggest you set the R16H location data reporting interval time to be 1 minute, so the alarm can be triggered as soon as possible.

9. Low Battery Alarm

By default setting, if the power of the battery is lower than 20%, low battery alarm will be triggered and report to web/mobile tracking application, R16H will give voice alert: The battery is low, please charge.

10. Remote Wireless Firmware Upgrade

If you need to update/upgrade the firmware of the R16H bracelet, you can easily perform a remote upgrade using SMS commands.Before upgrading, please ensure that the R16H has a remaining battery level of more than 10%.

11. Location Caching after Lost Connection

If the R16H is blocked from LTE/GSM or is in an area with no service, the device will automatically store its location data locally. This data will not be lost when power is lost, and will be automatically uploaded to the server after the R16H regains network connectivity. R16H support to store maximum 3000 GPS/Beidou location points or 1600 indoor location point.

12. Automatic Power-on and Disable Shutdown

Users can only use the SOS button to turn the phone on and off when no SIM card is installed. After the SIM card is installed, the phone can only be turned on and cannot be turned off. The R16H will automatically turn on and work when the battery is depleted and it is charged.
