Congratulations on your purchase. To ensure you to obtain the best value for long term cooperation, warranty is 1 year, please follow all instructions, directions, guidelines.
1. The Product Warranty provided by the manufacturer if the product is broken down into two major points:
1.1 involve malfunction or defects in workmanship or material,
1.2 damaged without human factors.
Please retain IMEI of device, along with the shipping documents, for future reference. All accessories and shell are excluded from warranty.
2. This warranty does not cover the following:
2.1 The products has not been improperly used;
2.2 The product has been altered or modified apart from engineers of original factory.
2.3 The damage arises from an accident, falling objects, exposure to harmful chemicals or water, fumes or other substances, either foreign or natural.
ATTENTION: if distributor send products back to factory to repair without defective problem or damaged by human factors, distributor should pay for such service fee.
3. Limitation of Liability:
3.1 If delivery defective rate of workmanship is above 5% , vendor will be charge of two way shipping fee.
3.2 Distributor can send all defective products to vendor per 3 months, and pre-paid shipping cost, and factory pre-paid shipping fee for repaired products to country of distributor.
4. State Law May Differ:
The state law of the Buyer may not permit the limitation of warranty and disclaimer of damages set forth above, so some of the limitations and exclusions may not apply.

What is Rope‘s Refund Process?
We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. If your return is a result of an Rope’s error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and original shipping charges.
If you return an item that doesn’t have quality issues, we will issue a partial refund minus the original shipping charges.
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of receiving your returned package. In many cases that you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks based on these factors:
- 1. The time required for return shipping (up to 14 days)
- 2. Product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days)
- 3. Processing from your financial institution (up to 5 business days).
You will be notified via email with the details of the refund and we will issue the refund back to the form of payment used to make the purchase.
